What Wanderist is

Wanderist is a platform that empowers our community to step back from the daily routine and find one another in the places we most wish to be. Shared interests make fast friends, and friends turn even the smallest outing into an adventure in itself.

Explore the unknown or meet your found family — outings near you, matched by location and shared interests. A hike, a board-game night, trivia, a gallery afternoon, or perhaps something grander. You browse what's happening, join up, break the ice in the app, and meet at the venue.

This is not a dating app. Love will never be a few clicks away; true happiness is found in the moment, actively participating in life.

What you will be able to do

• Find free activities near you and join the ones that suit you
• Host your own — free, or ticketed if you are covering costs
• Check guests in at the door with a scannable entry code
• For venues and businesses: reach people deciding where to go this week
